Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist primary responsibility is to pull, pack, and ship orders that come in through the various marketplace sales channels such as Amazon and eBay. Additional responsibilities include receiving and inventory management of shipments arriving from stores, distribution centers, and pull back shipments from Amazon. Further responsibilities include managing customer returns, marketplace listing inventory management, and additional duties related to the shipment and inventory management of sales on these channels.

 
Essential Functions:

  • Pull, pack, and ship e-com orders daily.
  • Manage customer returns
  • Receive and manage inventory in an effective manner
  • Accurately update inventory to ensure overselling does not occur
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate inventory information
  • Adhere to shipment policy to maintain accurate shipment information and prevent account complaints and reduce return rates
  • Provide process feedback
  • Adherence to all Loss Prevention policies and procedures including the protection of all company assets

  • Knowledge of ship-from-store operations, policies, and procedures
  • Highly proficient in areas of Inventory Control, including processing shipments, receipts, and returns
  • Above average knowledge and proficiency with basic computer applications and software (Ie. Microsoft Office, etc)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible scheduling is required due to delivery times and volume 
  • 1 + years of retail management experience or 1+ years in a fulfillment specialist role
