Summary:
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the region. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams. This position will be based in Dallas, TX and will be responsible for stores in the following states: Arkansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
Leadership:
- Provide leadership to the region, overseeing retail activities and the store operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop district and store managers and oversee hiring and development of top talent for all store associates in the region.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer focused culture.
- Ensure that company Policies and Procedures are followed and that performance issues are addressed and communicated appropriately.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Sales and Operations:
- Develop and execute regional sales and operational strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with district and store managers, monitor progress, and communicate results with district and store teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in districts and stores and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Review and analyze regional sales and operations records and reports; use data to project sales, meet profitability goals and operational targets.
- Act on behalf of the company to control loss in our stores both internal and external in collaboration with the Loss Prevention department.
- Schedule and direct sales meetings and events to share information, recognize achievement, set standards, and discuss results.
Customer Experience:
- Implement strategies to attract and retain customers by ensuring service standards are met and that associates are trained and motivated to consistently offer superior service to customers.
- Ensure that presentation, organization and cleanliness standards are met and that priorities are set and tasks are completed to prepare stores for the customer.
Business Development:
- Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and development.
- Analyze sales, business metrics, and business performance and report results to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with corporate counterparts such as real estate, buying and merchandising, marketing, and others to maximize sales and react to market opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
- At least five years of progressive managerial experience in retail environment, including multi-store supervision.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related product.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned region including multi-day trips.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment:
- Working primarily in a retail store environment, with some office work.
