Logistics Analyst

Summary:

This position will compile data from various reports and systems, create reports using this data, and communicate key performance indicator results for the logistics group.  In addition, this position will provide assistance to the Partner Support Manager in providing customer service and support to all partners including Vendors, Buying, Carriers, A/P Department, and Logistics partners.

Essential Functions:

·       Support Logistics Team and Management with data driven decision making

·       Improve logistics systems and data infrastructure

·       Develop and track KPI’s and report on logistics performance

·       Analyze data to identify areas of concern, and suggest improvements

·       Assist with developing partner scorecards

·       Manage vendor compliance including the administrations of potential chargebacks.

·       Coordinate Return to Vendors

·       Coordinate new store/remodels

·       Participate in logistics related projects, including distribution network review

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·       Strong computer skills with proficiency Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

·       Microstrategy knowledge preferred

·       Analytical and problem solving capabilities

·       Detail oriented

·       Outstanding written and oral communication skills

·       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Minimum Requirements:

·        Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
