The Assistant Distribution Manager will implement distribution procedures, working closely with the Distribution Manager to create efficiencies and maintain a positive work environment and culture.   

Essential Functions: Provide leadership to all operational areas within the Distribution Center to ensure high levels of productivity and quality of all processes and procedures while hitting KPIs. Ensures all Direct to Consumer orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. Partner with employees to ensure distribution goals are achieved while maintaining a safe work environment for all DC associates and visitors. Recommend changes for within the DC to drive operational process improvement. Partner with Loss Prevention & Inventory Control to ensure accuracy, housekeeping, merchandise damage minimization and safety through monitoring and enforcement of company requirements. Develop cross-functional relationships inside and outside of the DC to improve communication process. Team development and Performance management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated experience in change management Strong leadership skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills ·Problem solving/decision making skills

Minimum Requirements: Associates degree preferred or equivalent 2+ years of assistant management level experience in distribution center operations Bilingual (fluent) in both English and Spanish preferred
