JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Integrated Campaign Manager is a new role to the Marketing Department and responsible for leading the overall reporting, strategy, development, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to define best practices for all global campaigns.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all campaigns, creating the global campaign strategy and plan, orchestrating across all teams and channels, leading the development of all campaign components, and supporting programs that will increase brand awareness and customer retention.

 

As a campaign expert, this individual will leverage their proven experience to build and scale integrated marketing campaigns, report on performance across all campaign channels, and leverage research and data to improve campaign effectiveness and deliver effective marketing plans that truly move the needle.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own execution of brand campaigns, start to finish, including resourcing and measurement in close partnership with cross functional teams.
  • Partner across marketing and merchandising to plan, build, and execute integrated, holistic, and high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns to support our customers through all stages of the Customer Journey.
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance against target KPIs and benchmarks to tell a comprehensive story about the performance of a campaign and provide actionable recommendations to optimize the campaign as needed.
  • Develop an annual campaign plan that address key business priorities and build the messaging and related assets that you’ll need to deliver on that promise.
  • Leverage available data sources and audience segmentation to influence campaign strategy and craft campaign messaging to hit targets.
  • Coach peers and develop templates to promote best practices in strategic integrated campaign planning and execution.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ContentSquare, MictroStrategies, Adobe Analytics, and BaseCamp (or other project management tools).

 

 

Work Experience:

  • Proven success managing all aspects of a multi-channel campaign including research, strategy development, concepting, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Ability to synthesize business objectives to create a well-aligned campaign strategy and execute plans with clearly defined goals and metrics.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are launched seamlessly and optimized to achieve greatest impact.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.
