Summary:

This position will compile data from various reports and systems, create reports using this data, and communicate key performance indicator results for the logistics group. In addition, this position will provide assistance to the Partner Support Manager in providing customer service and support to all partners including Vendors, Buying, Carriers, A/P Department, and Logistics partners. 

Essential Functions:

• Support Logistics Team and Management with data driven decision making
• Improve logistics systems and data infrastructure
• Develop and track KPI’s and report on logistics performance
• Analyze data to identify areas of concern, and suggest improvements
• Assist with developing partner scorecards
• Back up support for coordination of Return to Vendors between DC, Carrier & Regional Manager
• Back up support with new store/remodels
• Participate in logistics related projects, including distribution network review
• Manage POD’s and notify over/shorts. Communicate with A/P and vendors
• Monitor crossdocks
• Verify ASNs and communicate issues

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills with proficiency Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Microstrategy knowledge preferred
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Detail oriented
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands:

This position is primarily sedentary. Applicants, with or without accommodations, must be able to sit for extended periods, as well as occasionally stand and walk. The role requires reaching, grasping, and possessing fine motor skills for typing. Additionally, candidates should be able to lift light objects, such as files, bend or stoop to access lower drawers, and have good near vision for computer work.
